Useful information
Arrival and departure
The room is available after 14:00 at the day of arrival.
At the day of departure it is necessary to leave the room before 10:00.
Reductions
Children receive the following discounts, when staying in a room or apartment with two adults paying full price3:
- up to 3 years: free
- from 3 to 4 years: 70% discount
- from 4 to 10 years: 50 % discount
- from 10 to 16 years: 25 % discount
Room reservation
In order to book a room, we kindly ask you to confirm your booking in writing and to forward the requested deposit. It is not possible to reserve a certain room number or floor. However, we will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Pets
Dogs are generally allowed on request. An amount of € 10.00 per day will be charged per dog. Due to hygienic reasons, four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining room or in the wellness center.
Cancellation policy
- Up to 10 weeks before arrival: free of charge
- 10 to 4 weeks before arrival: 40% of the booking amount
- 4 to 1 weeks before arrival: 70% of the booking amount
- 1 week before arrival: 90% of the booking amount
- In case of no show, lower number of people than booked, late arrival as well as early departure: payment of the full reservation amount is required
In order to avoid cancellation fees, we recommend you to buy a travel cancellation insurance.
